Volume 2 continues the retro, ambient and electronica direction of my first Korg Opsix sound bank, with a new collection of warm polys, evolving pads, textured keys, arps and more experimental melody-focused sounds.
The Opsix has plenty to explore beyond familiar FM sounds. Its flexible operators also lend themselves to warm, analogue-style tones and drifting textures. This second bank builds on that approach, with plenty of movement and modwheel assignments throughout.
Load the supplied .opsixprogram files into Opsix Sound Librarian then transfer the complete bank or selected patches to the synthesiser.
